New York City Projects

The New York Chapter’s primary focus has been to design engaging, innovative baking curriculum that integrates lessons about STEM. From cookies to cake, baking is filled with lessons about chemistry, biology, and physics, among other topics. This chapter hopes to teach STEM through baking.
